Giveaway Time

Hi all! 

How To Flourish has had lots of interest towards essential oils and natural healing lately, so I am going to present a giveaway on my Instagram page. 

Through collecting many different brands of essential oils over the years, I have found the perfect blends for our wellness. 

The first blend I will be giving away is a sleep/relaxation mixture to help others calm the mind, encourage a healthy nights rest and provide relaxation to the whole body. The ingredients are a magical mixture of Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon and Eucalyptus. 

These oils have become very significant in helping myself feel present throughout tough times. Using them encourages you to notice what your body needs in certain times.

Sleep is a major issue of mine and without the use of essential oils, CBD and yoga, I would not have conquered this problem. 

So one of my lucky followers will receive this giveaway as a gift from me. To hopefully encourage this person to research more into natural healing and holistic health.
