Private Yoga Sessions
Let me take you through a personal yoga experience either in-person (Lower mainland only) or via zoom. We will start with a small discussion to align our thoughts of what you expect for the class (slow, fast, injury related, relaxation etc). This private class will help you learn how yoga can help your body, mind & soul. No equipment necessary however a yoga mat, pillows & blankets could aid in the practice.
What to expect:
- intake discussion together to see what yoga techniques could support you best and where you need support in your life currently
- movement personalized to your needs (a variety of yoga styles can be used here, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Flow)
- breathwork and breath awareness tailored to your current state
- lifestyle suggestions and ways to incorporate yoga into your daily life
- education on your body and how it works plus how we can make it work best for you
