A 4-week virtual yoga series for you to do in the comfort of your own home. Each week we’ll meet for 75 minutes to learn how anxiety & stress show up for us through a yoga therapy lens. You’ll gain valuable tools to better deal with life’s stressors on your own while joining a safe space online.
Where do we meet?
Virtually on zoom, once a week for one month. Classes will be recorded and sent out if you miss a session.
