This is for those who aren’t looking for a therapeutic yoga session but more interested in starting a yoga practice on their own. No meetings or sessions are necessary.
This is a individual, virtual program that comes with video or photo instruction depending on the individual's preference.
You will fill out an intake so Abby can get a deeper understanding of how yoga therapy can help you. She will then create a personal yoga program made specific to you and your body. You’ll have access to this for 6 months.
