A multi-page document offering you yoga poses and practices personalized to you and your body. This self guided option is perfect for those looking to try yoga on their own whenever they prefer. This is for those who aren’t looking for a therapeutic yoga session but more interested in starting a yoga practice on their own. No meetings or sessions are necessary.
This is a individual, virtual program that comes with video or photo instruction depending on the individual's preference.
You will fill out an intake so Abby can get a deeper understanding of how yoga therapy can help you. She will then create a personal yoga program made specific to you and your body. You’ll have access to this for 6 months.
Need yoga classes for your business, sports team, gym, corporation or event?
Therapeutic yoga classes include slow, modified movement for all ability levels focusing on the connecting the mind-body together through intentional movement practices. Classes will include breathwork, meditation and can be any style of yoga of the following: Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin or Power/Core.
Classes could be focused on a variety of topics or themes such as stress relief, pain relief, body awareness,
Group classes start at $100.00 for up to 5 people. Any more than 5 will add $15 per head to the total price.
Yoga therapy is an opportunity for you to find balance & harmony in your life with traditional therapeutic yoga techniques. As your practitioner, I will decided what I think will help you feel your best as we dive into the body, mind & soul together.
What to expect during a session with me:
•possible physical assessment for me to understand how your body is working (this includes looking at your posture & if in-person could include hands on touch)
•a mental health check in, a chance for us to chat about what’s going on with your current state of being
•questions about your previous health history & your current state of wellbeing (I like to chat about your digestion, sleep, nutrition, movement patterns, relationships, current struggles, yoga history, medications, diagnoses, other current modes of therapy etc)
•a personalized 75-90 minute session dedicated to helping you feel better through yoga postures, breath work, functional movement & other therapeutic yoga techniques
•throughout the session, we are in conversation with each other on how each pose may feel for you, this is really a chance for both of us to explore your body, mind & spirit. I find the more we get into releasing tension in different areas of the body, the more the client begins to share with me
•I will then assign you “omwork” (yoga homework) to practice on your own before we meet up again
•you’ll be asked to fill out a feedback form

-All classes are to do on your own time, wherever you'd like
-Each session is 45 minutes long for you to be able to fit into a busy day
-We recommend doing one class per week for a whole month
-We encourage you to practice what you learn in class everyday for 5-10 minutes until the next week's class
