A four class therapeutic yoga series made to help you deepen your mind-body connection while improving range of motion, flexibility & brain functioning.

How does it work?
-Once you sign up, you'll receive one year access to the series through our virtual studio
-All classes are to do on your own time, wherever you'd like
-Each session is 45 minutes long for you to be able to fit into a busy day
-We recommend doing one class per week for a whole month
-We encourage you to practice what you learn in class everyday for 5-10 minutes until the next week's class
